Now Event Phots is a division of Southampton Photographic Vat Reg # 899 9146 37

Bookings are confirmed only on acceptance of these 'Terms & Conditions'.

1. Booking Fees: Where a booking fee is required, payment is required at the time of booking. See note 8.

2. Confirmation of Booking: Bookings are confirmed on receipt of any booking fee's owed and on receipt of a 'confirmation of booking' email sent by Now Event Photos.

3. Changes: Any changes to the booking details, by the client, must be confirmed to Now Event Photos, in writing no later than 24hrs prior to the event.

4. Refreshments: Now Event Photos staff are to be provide with refreashments by the client during the event - the nature of the refreshment having been agreed in advance.

5. Travel Expenses: When the event dictates, normally but not limited to foriegn travel, all travel expenses, accommodation and living expenses are to be bourne by the client.

6. Studio Facility: Where a studio facility has been agreed, it is the clients resposibility to ensure that a suitable location and sufficient space is provided. These details will be discussed when the booking is made.

7. Corporate Events: When the evnt is a corporate event payment terms will be agreed in advance.

8. Cancellation: Now Event Photos are to be informed in writing of any cancellation to bookings. Booking fee's are only refundable if written notification of cancellation is received no later than 14 days prior to the booking date.
